Cool Links
Archangel Fitness cannot be held responsible for the content
on these sites, but we highly encourage you to investigate
them for yourself.
Christian Answers Network home
www.christiananswers.net on "angels" -  -- This site gives you all sorts of
information on angels in general.  We do not agree with everything on
this site, but if you want angel research, this is one stop shopping.
Nutrition and Wellness
Archangel Health is a complete Wellness Website.  This site was developed for those
seeking nutritional answers to common health, nutritional, and dietary concerns.  They
operate on the Christian principle of integrity but offer products to benefit people of all
faiths.
www.quackwatch.org -- Your Guide to Quackery, Health Fraud, and Intelligent
Decisions.  Operated by Stephen Barrett, M.D.
Dr. Colbert is a classically trained medical doctor with a love for preventative medicine.
You will find lots of info on nutrition, fasting and natural healing.  Check out his books
available on
www.Amazon.com.
The Warrior Diet is Ori Hofmekler's approach to daily cleansing and nutrition.  This
eating is based off the Roman soldier.  It keeps you alert during the day and amplifies
the pleasure of your evening meal. NOT for bodybuilders.
Other Fitness Sites
Global Fitness is one serious megasite.  It offers a lot more "bodybuilding" tools than
Archangel Fitness offers.  Check them out and see what you can glean.  Again, lots of free
tools but not the combat fitness some more military types would be interested in.
SpecialTactics.com -- A one stop shopping resource for those interested in the US Air
Force special operations community.  See why Air Force rescue lives by the motto:
"These Things We Do that Others May Live."
www.SpecialTactics.com
The Russian Kettlebell Challenge.  Pavel Tsatsoline put this doorway to DragonDoor
online specifically to answer kettlebell questions.  Archangel Fitness highly recommends
the 16kg starter set (you can move up after a month or two but keep the 16kg for
endurance training.)
Sports Injury Bulletin -- A free E-zine that offers a lot of information on injury prevention.
Most free E-zines try to sell you a lot of stuff.  Be careful...but the info is great.
Christian Martial Arts
www.christianaikido.com is an interesting site for those of you who are both Christian in
faith and love the gentle art of Aikido.  I studied this art for over three years and loved every
moment (except the dog-pile after a great randori session.  Ouch.)
AZ Wing Chun is a Christian Martial Arts site with a lot of great info and links.  If you are
a fan of traditional Chinese Arts, this site might be for you.
Koreja Do Christian Martial Arts.  School Charters, Rank Recognition, Instructors
Certification, Long distance training, Certificates and patches issued to all of the charters,
and done with a very fun Christian Base.  For more on the any of the leadership counsel of
Koreja Do Christian Martial Arts, click

Health Insurance -- One of those things that you never want to admit you need.  With a healthy diet and regular
exercise, you can alleviate most health concerns.  There are times, however, when we all get injured or need the help
of experts.  Insurance can be very useful - even with all the abuses that have skyrocketed the cost of health care.
California Health Insurance: Find affordable insurance plans in California. Get free advice and
quotes on California health insurance from Healthia.  Use this site to help you make an
informed choice.  This is not an exhaustive list, but might help you at least narrow it down.  Very
user friendly.
